TERM OF SERVICE
At GC Painting, we are committed to professionalism, clear communication, and respecting our customers' property. Our painters take pride in their work and always strive to deliver the highest quality results
Customer Responsabilities
Access: The Client will provide access to the property during the agreed-upon working hours.
Preparation: The Client is responsible for moving any furniture, fixtures, or personal items that may obstruct the painting areas. If the Company needs to do this, additional fees may apply.
Inspection: The Client should inspect the work before final payment and notify the Company of any issues or concerns.
Trash Disposal: The Client is responsible for disposing of any trash or debris resulting from the painting project. If the Company is required to handle trash disposal, additional charges may apply.
Change Orders
Any changes to the scope of work, materials, or timeline will require a written change order and may result in adjustments to the original price and timeline. Changes requested by the Client after work has started may lead to delays and additional costs.
Walls and Ceiling Repair
Our team of painters is happy to patch and repair small nail holes or minor damage in walls and ceilings as part of the painting process. We will make every effort to blend repairs and apply products that will help the walls look as seamless as possible. However, please note that we are not a specialized drywall or texturing company. For the best results, we recommend hiring a professional drywall or texture specialist to complete any repairs before our arrival.
Schedule
The customer acknowledges that delays may occur due to factors beyond the control of GC Painting, such as scheduling conflicts, inclement weather, material availability, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Payments Term
Payment Terms The total cost of the Services is detailed in the attached Quote. Payment will be made in two installments:

45% down payment upon booking the project. Non-refundable.

55% remaining balance is due within 24 hours of completion of the project.
If payment is not received within 24 hours of project completion, GC Painting is authorized to charge a $150 late fee for each week the payment remains outstanding. GC Painting also reserves the right to file a lien against the property, which will be released once full payment is received. In the event a lawsuit is brought, the customer shall be entitled to recover all attorney fees and costs if they prevail.

Liability
We will take all reasonable precautions to protect the Property during the work. However, the Contractor is not liable for any damage to areas not directly involved in the painting process unless it results from our negligence.
GC Painting is not responsible for any existing conditions or damage to underlying surfaces, such as mold, water damage, or structural issues, that may affect the painting job.
Warranty
GC Painting offers a 1-year warranty on labor and workmanship. Paint manufacturer warranties apply to paint products.
Clean-Up and Final Walkthrough
Our team will conduct a final walkthrough with the customer to ensure satisfaction and perform touch-ups if necessary.
